Pre-Eorzea:
He was born into one of the many lesser known Xaela tribes that existed in Othard's western steppes. They survived by being hunters, but they lived for war. Alpha learned early in life to love his enemies, for they give him purpose.His tribe slowly destroyed itself through infighting and recklessly making enemies of more powerful tribes. As a result, the number of members fell year after year. At 16 years of age Alpha received the blessing of the eldest shaman to set off on a pilgrimage to learn ways of war unknown to empower the tribe against it's foes.On the pilgrimage Alpha met many different people and learned from many different cultures. This changed his worldviews, bringing him solace and peace in knowing that everyone can know kindness, joy, and love. Eventually Alpha set off to return to his homeland yet returned to depravity. Over the years away his kin began committing horrible crimes against one another, attacked the young and innocent, and held no semblance of respect or honor. The fury he felt at these decrepit creatures lead to him commit his gravest sin, familicide. Leaving nothing but ash and tales of rampaging beasts as he fled.Pre-Calamity:
He ventured west for the home of the Divine he learned of. The lands known as Eorzea. After abandoning all save his name he spent years exploring the vastness of Eorzea. He eventually found a guide and mentor, a knight who taught him how to harness his emotions to protect those around him. He would spend years traveling alongside his teacher until the fateful night of the 7th Umbral Calamity.Alpha survived the Calamity by fortune alone. His mentor and the entirety of the caravan they were escorting was obliterated by a shard of Dalamud. He awoke in a hospital in New Gridania days after the disaster. Memories of that night are faded beyond a few fleeting images burned into his mind. Wings. A deafening roar. Meteors. Earthquakes. Aether flowing like water. Blood. Hate.
Changed by the harrowing events of that night and the destruction that had been brought upon the lands, Alpha returned to being a vagrant. Spending another few years wandering the realm trying to help in restoration and spreading hope and love wherever he could.

OOC: I go by Alpha (He/Him) in both OCC and IC as they are my namesake OC. I play on Crystal and am an EST/EDT gamer. I'm 26 y.o. and I've been roleplaying since I first got my hands on a computer 10+ years ago. Due to my age I am only comfortable RPing with people 18+
I enjoy casual, adult (18+), and dark themed RPs (Provided we've talked the themes out beforehand). I am a HUGE fan of morally grey or moral lacking characters, but I do not accept ANY kind of IRL hatred, racism, or bigotry.
I am not open to RP unless set to /roleplaying or we've talked about it beforehand.
